Specialized training
What is the Program?
From the leadership that the CCB has in 16 cluster initiatives, specifically in the transversal axis of human talent and employment, it has been considered important to implement training and specialized and tailored training actions, so that entrepreneurs can have human talent that fits the profiles and skills required to increase their productivity.
In this sense, the Vice-Presidency of Competitiveness in its action plan established to carry out a first cycle of 16 specialized training actions for the workers of the companies that are part of the clusters it leads.
What does the Program offer?
Specialized and free training tailored to the needs of the company, in cutting-edge topics requested by entrepreneurs and delivered by experts hired by the Business Training Management of the CCB, which has the experience to develop the required training programs.
Who is it aimed at?
Employees of the companies belonging to the sixteen clusters.
How to join?
For Cycle I: as of May 2023, enrollment for the courses will be open through each of the cluster initiatives. For Cycle II: from September 2023, enrollment will be open for courses through each of the cluster initiatives.
