Analysis
55 % of the companies created are in the service sector, 31 % in commerce and 14 % in industry.
In the period January - November 2022 compared to January - November 2021, the number of new companies in industry in Bogota and in the 59 municipalities of the jurisdiction increased by 8.6 %, the number of companies in service activities increased by 9.8 % and there was a 3.0 % decrease in the number of companies created in retail and wholesale trade.
Description
Decree 957 of 2019 of the National Government establishes a new classification of the size of companies based on the criterion of income from ordinary activities and according to the classification into three macro economic sectors: manufacturing, services and trade.
