Analysis
According to the legal organization of the cancelled companies, 76.9 % were natural individuals and 23.1 % were companies of legal entities.
In the period January - December 2021 compared to the same period in 2022, the number of cancelled companies of individuals in Bogota and in the 59 municipalities of the jurisdiction increased by 1.2 %, going from 20,313 in 2021 to 20,547 in 2022.
Description
According to the legal organization of the cancelled companies, 84 % are individuals and 16 % are companies of legal persons. In the period January - April 2021 compared to the same period in 2022, the number of cancelled companies of individuals in Bogota and in the 59 municipalities of the jurisdiction decreased by 5 %, from 12,020 in 2021 to 11,421 in 2022, i.e. 599 fewer companies. On the other hand, the number of companies of legal entities cancelled increased by 1%, from 2,127 in 2021 to 2,142 companies in 2022, a total of 15 companies more.
