Analysis
Between January and November 2022, 86% of active companies are located in Bogota and 14% in the municipalities under the jurisdiction of the CCB. As of November 2022, the number of active companies in Bogota increased by 6.1% compared to the same month in 2021, and in the 59 municipalities under the jurisdiction of the CCB, the increase was 7.4%.
Description
In the Commercial Register of the chambers of commerce of Colombia, the facts and acts relating to individual entrepreneurs and commercial companies are registered, in order to publicize them so that they may be known by the persons who contract with them. Every year merchants register, renew or liquidate their companies and establishments before the chamber of commerce of their jurisdiction.
